• We at HelpToClean do not tie down customers by asking them to sign a contract with us. All the years, we have been serving our clients with a belief that our service is what makes our customer stay with us.
     

  • HelpToClean is not liable in any way for any loss or damage, costs and expenses suffered arising from your use of our services or from any act, default or omission of the cleaners - It must be resolved directly with the helper. However,  we will be there 24/7 to help you with any dispute about the quality, performance, loss or damage caused by the helper. 

  • The minimum duration of every session is 2.5 hours and the minimum frequency is fortnightly. ​

  • If you cancel or amend a single Event within twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled booking time,  you will have to pay a cancellation penalty equivalent to 50% of the Booked Service Fee.​ The rationale behind this is that by cancelling or rescheduling a session with such a short notice period, our helper's slot will most likely be left empty. 

  • HelpToClean Pte. Ltd. periodically reviews the Terms & Conditions of Use and reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions of Use, without any notice to you, by updating this document. You should review this document as any changes to the Terms & Conditions of Use take immediate effect from the date of the publication on this document. Your continued use of our services after any such changes are made will be deemed as constituting your acceptance of those changes.
