HelpToCare is committed to take care of elderly and You can count on us to be professional, timely, efficient and make sure you’re satisfied with every step of the way.
Receive the care you need in the comfort of your home. We offer therapy, nursing, medical services, and assist in showering and running of errands.
According to research, 80% of seniors prefer to age at home. Home care services can help you and your loved ones to stay in surroundings that you know and love, continue living as you are used to, and still receive the care and support that you need.
HOME PERSONAL CARE

Designed to support independent living, our home personal care services provide you and your loved ones with quality care, assistance and companionship to help them age in place.

A trained Care Associate will visit your home to accompany and assist your loved ones in:

Recreational activities

Grocery shopping
-
Meal preparation
-
Medical escort (exclude transportation fees)

Dementia care (mentally stimulating activities)

Personal hygiene (showering/bed bath)
-
Physical maintenance exercises (as prescribed by our physiotherapist)

Respite care (temporary care of min. 9 hours during domestic helper’s or caregiver’s days off)
HOME NURSING

Our home nursing services provide specialised nursing care and post-hospital care in the comfort of home so your loved ones can focus on recovery.

A nurse will visit your home to assist your loved ones in nursing procedures such as:

Administration of medication

Changing of feeding tubes and urinary catheter

Medicine reconciliation and packing
-
Removal of stitches/staples
-
Wound and stoma care

Nursing services

Our Care Associates can also help eligible clients apply for the Senior Mobility Fund (Consumables) to purchase approved medical consumables.
HOME THERAPY

Through our home therapy services, we provide specialised therapy for your loved ones at home to aid in the recovery of their functional activities and help them regain confidence and independence.

Depending on your needs, a qualified Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Therapist will visit your home to assess, recommend and assist your loved ones with rehabilitation:

Assessment of rehabilitation needs

Design of treatment and rehabilitation plans

Exercises to improve performance of activities of daily living (e.g. bathing, feeding, toileting etc.)

Advice and instruction on the use of walking aids (e.g. crutches, frames, wheelchair, etc.)

Assessment of home safety and recommendation of home modifications

Exercises to improve articulation and communication or reduce swallowing difficulties
HOME MEDICAL

Our home medical consultation provides in-home medical services and house calls so your loved ones who have difficulty commuting can seek consultation and treatment in the comfort of home.

A Doctor will visit your home to conduct medical checkups/consultation. Our Doctors’ prescriptions are accepted at all polyclinics and selected specialist outpatient clinics in Singapore.
INTERIM CAREGIVER SERVICE

Designed to offer temporary support, our Interim Caregiver Services provide short-term nursing care for your loved ones when you or their primary caregivers are away.

Nursing Aides will visit your home to care for your loved ones in the interim of the arrival of foreign domestic workers or other long-term caregiving arrangements.

Do note that Interim Caregiver Services must be facilitated by discharge Nurses and Medical Social Workers at restructured hospitals and community hospitals.
